    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have installed Arlo Pro. I have an account set up. I am using the cameras. I receive alerts on my iPhone via the app. I have tried to send the confirmation email more than a dozen times and I never receive it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It is not in my junk folder. Guaranteed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have tried logging out and back in. That didn't do it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have received&amp;nbsp;one&amp;nbsp;email from Netgrear entitled "Here are some useful tips for your Arlo". So the email account can be sent to from Netgear.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;BTW, I logged into here with my account info before posting this.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I searched the boards and do not see anything recent about this issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I would like to get rid of the red alert badge informing me I haven't confirmed my email yet.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you in advance for your help.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank you James for all the time and effort you put in before turning me over to Arlo support. A workaround was found, but not a solution.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I look forward to the day when the Arlo software has matured.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
