topic base station not found in Arlo Pro

base station not found

i am setting up the arlo wireless pro system. samsung s7 phone synced up fine with the base station. surface pro 4 says it can't locate the base station. tried a number of times now with same result. this is model vmb4000 base station. 2 green lights are on indicating power is on and internet is connected.

thanks for any help.

i have not synced cameras yet. i wanted to get the tablet connecting issue resolved first.

On the Surface are you opening a browser and going to

https://arlo.netgear.com/#/login

to try and login using the same credentials as when you login using the Android app. on your S7?

funny thing, i rebooted the base staion numerous time,and restarted the surface pro 3 numerous times, and then they magically found each other and everything is good since then. thanks for repsonding to my inquiry.
