I'm trying to figure why I just dropped the extraordinary price for a pack of six Arlo pros when I can only use five of them? Am I missing something?!

If the package was the special that has 6 cameras, there should have been a code to use during install/ setup to allow 6 .

If you bought a total of 6 in more than one package, then yes ...Basic level ( free) limits to 5. You can always upgrade yr service level to allow 10 or 15

There is no special code that allows 6 cameras to be viewed. Some kits, such as the VMK3500, come with a total of 6 cameras and due to the serial number of this product, automatically allow the user to view the 6th camera without purchasing any additional subscription.

What 6 camera kit did you buy? Was it a single kit that includes all 6 cameras (VMK3500) or was it a bundled package?

It was one package: VMS4630.

The VMS4630 is a kit that would allow this. In order for this to work correctly. The system must be registered to a brand new account. Did you have a different system previously registered to this account? If so, you will need to remove all of your VMS4630 devices and start a brand new account (using a different email address). This should allow all 6 cameras to be synced and used on the new account.
