Pro not recroding

MY Arlo pro recently stopped picking up motion and recording movements. I have tried adjusting the sensitivity settings and still no recordings of motion. Full charged and otherwise opertional. Thank you for any help.

Go to LIVE VIEW... what is the 'running man' showing above the camera? iis it gray or black when ARMED

Black means it is ARMED, if Gray, you will not get any motion recording

The running man and audio are both gray. Can you advise how to get them to black? Thank you

Look in "Modes" the selection should be "Armed"

Go to MODE, base, select ARMED

go back to live view and check the running man should be BLACK NOW
