    <description>&lt;P&gt;Below a certain level of light, the camera switches to&amp;nbsp;black and whiite and if set, the infra red night vision LED's are activated.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The range of the IR light is limited. If you need greater distance than a separate IR floodlight&amp;nbsp;could work or a PIR activated regular light activated by the same motion that triggers the camera to record.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>what's the best setting for night vision. I thought the cameras had clear vision without a light at night.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The Arlo Pro night vision is very good. If you are looking at a very large open, dark space with no lighting and no reflective objects, the IR LEDs won't be able to light up the area. Post a screenshot from your camera and we'll see if we can help out further. Obviously make sure the Night Vision setting in the camera settings is on&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;pro at night , 6 ft high , small center stump is 30 ft out, about max of 20ft wide&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If the are objects closer ( as mentioned above, Sometimes they reflect back )...so works best if not&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
