    <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank you Steve and Tom.&amp;nbsp; I was having IE11 issue. wiht Flash as you suspected.&amp;nbsp; I uninstalled Shockwave and Flash from Control Panel and reloaded.&amp;nbsp; Now works fine.&amp;nbsp; Thank you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Video and live stream worked on all platforms for first month.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; NOW:&amp;nbsp; works fine on Android S5 Galaxy, works fine on Surface Pro 4.&amp;nbsp; On HP Pavillion Laptop (win8.1, Shockwave and Flash) ...some videos palyback ok, some are green video with audio.&amp;nbsp; Realtime is green.&amp;nbsp; Is a special player required?&amp;nbsp; Thank you all!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The same videos play fine on your phone and SP4 but play green on the HP? Maybe uninstall and reinstall Flash on the HP&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Also you can test a downloaded file on the same device... that doesn't use flash... to see if flash is not properly working&lt;/P&gt;</description>
