Then use Settings, Grant Access from one account to the other. Once the procedure is completed, all selected cameras will show in one login.<BR /><BR />If one or more of your cameras are Q, Baby or Go, you could move them to the second account while leaving the wireless cameras on the single base.<BR /><BR />Otherwise, yes, you'll need to upgrade your subscription.
