&lt;P&gt;I have trouble with the app on android. It says it is currently unavailable all the time. (If I log on with my computer, it is OK. ). Have tried to uninstall and install the app, and restartet the phone.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;No other suggestions. A factory reset of the phone might help but a huge PITA and no guarantees. Open a case with support using the Contact Support link at the bottom here.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Are you ever able to sign in or do you get this error every time you attempt to log in?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Do you have any other Android devices that you could test to see if you get the same behavior?&lt;/P&gt;
