I'm still having issues with my audio after last firmware update to the camera. I have also removed the camera and repaired it with no luck. Audio still false triggers on setting 1 with model N8. Problem is they want me to send them the video on the support page but when I compress it and rar the video it won't except the file. This what I get and no way it says anything about a video format!?

The file type you are trying to upload is not an accepted format. To attach this file, please add it to a Zip archive and attach the Zip-file instead.
Supported file types are: pdf, jpg, gif, png, doc, docx, zip
To upload other file types, zip the file first and upload it as a zip file
Maximum allowed upload file size is 30 MB

Zip is a much more common format and multiple companies only support zip. Also, depending on your OS, the OS itself may support creating and extracting zip files directly.
