    <description>&lt;P&gt;This is usually what happens when your internet connection speed is too slow. What are your ping, up and down speeds on speedtest.net?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If it is this, can you take the system to someone else's house where the internet is faster and plug it in and do a reset and wait for it to update? Not actually sure about triggering it to update or manually doing it either so it might take a while&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am no able to see live cameras due to I cant update the base station firmware it says that it is an error and for that it couldnt download the file so what I can do?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
