How do a backup some video's that have already been recorded, to a USB device. I want to record them from the cloud storage before they are deleted.

Use the library and either view a video and use the download selection of use the multiple selection capability to download several at once.

As mentioned above, content that is already in your library will need to be manually downloaded and stored locally.
