Consider rebooting your base station using the on-off button. Allow the base station to come back online and try again. Consider plugging the camera in (using the included Arlo power cable and adapter), do you see the same behavior?

Unable to add 2 devices to existing network

Hi, recently I had 2 out of 4 Arlo Pros that were giving me problems on my existing network. #1 kept asking me to download the latest firmware even though I gave it plenty of time. #2 said it wasn't able to connect to the network. So I went ahead and removed both of them from the network and tried to re-add them. #1 doesn't seem to respond at all and it doesn't show any lights. #2 just keeps blinking two times with amber lights. Neither obviously appear on my network. Thanks in advance!

(BTW, is there a way to contact Netgear via phone or email directly?)
