      <description>&lt;P&gt;Wondering if I need a new rechargeable battery? So, I have no connection on this one camera. When I press sync button NOTHING happens. When I plug a USB into the camera, the amber light flashes a few times then goes away. I've charged it all night and the next day still nothing. Do I need a new battery? Looks like its not holding &amp;nbsp;a charge at all. Nor can I sync, etc. HELP!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Contact Support using the Contact Support link at the bottom here. You can swap batteries between cameras to see if the issue follows the battery.</description>
