      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am currently trying to connect my base station through the Arlo app. My base station is detected. However, when I try to add it to my list of devices, I get logged out of my account. I have also tried adding the base station through my web browser and ran into the same issue. Has anyone ever encountered this issue? Please help.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Just got my unit today. have same problem. Trying to install from my Mac times out. Installing from the iPhone sees the device with correct serial number but then hangs up on the legal I Agree screen and keeps showing 'Your session has expired. Please log in. I have tried 5 times with same result.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
