    <description>Yes, the battery will take over on loss of power. Of course, the base is who issue. It's a good idea to use a UPS/battery backup for your modem, router and base so power outages don't affect the system.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Just did the install last night. Pretty slick if you ask me.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Selling points for me was the 7days free cloud storage, and the wireless (battery) feature, although I'm fulling aware that comes with baggage of it's own (recharging, etc).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Question, if i'm running a camera plugged into AC outlet, and the power is pulled, or power goes out, does the battery kick in?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I didn't have a chance to test this out, I'm hoping one of you already know the answer... thanks in advance&lt;/P&gt;</description>
