Arlo activating and deactivating cameras

When I set Arlo up, there used to be four Icons at bottom of the page. The first time I used the cameras they functioned fine. Then when I wen on short trip I activated the two cameras. When my wife came home, I was sent a message saying motion detected. She called me and asked how to turn camera off , but before I could do it on my phone, she figured out how to deactivate and turned it off. NOW NEITHER ONE OF US HAS THAT FOURTH ICON USED TO ACTIVATE AND DEACTIVATE THE CAMERAS.

Q : how do I get that icon back on my phone so I can again activate the cameras?

Assuming you using a APP... which one ?

Guessing apple as android is on top...

First, try and reboot the base via the power button.

Second, sign out of app in settings and sign back in fully

Third un-install and then re-install the app

Question who is the PRIMARY holder ? Guesing you ... may be from a Grant Access issue
