AVM4000C Only getting notifications on WI-FI.

Why am I only getting push notifications when I am on Wifi. Is there a way to get them when not on Wifi?

It sounds more like the phone than the Arlo system

What phone , what OS?

In meanwhile , reboot the phone with the power button and confirm data is turned on AND the app has permission to use data

It's a galaxy s6 on android. I have checked and it says that the app has permission. The only times it seems to send notifications on my cellular wifi is either right after I turn the wifi off or right after I exit the app.

All I can say is to UN - install and RE Install the app... pushes should be working.

Make sure you DO NOT sign out of the app via settings ... Swipe it off or use the home key so it runs in the background
