Hi all. I have 2 cameras Arlo q and wireless. I used to receive push notifications for activity. I don't get them any more and it is checked off to get them. What can I do? Please help

First try and reboot your phone via the power button...

If that doesn't work and it is checked off to send Push alerts, un-install and re-install the app

Don't forget that Pushes or emails are on a per camera basis, so each one must be toggled on if wanted

Yogigirl,

Adding to the suggestions above, if using Android, consider checking Settings > System > Notifications to make sure a notification tone is set.
