Hi,

I just received my Arlo Pro set and followed the installation set. When I connect the Arlo station to my router (Verizon FIOs) via an ethernet cable, it completely blocks all internet access and takes down my network. Any idea why that is?

I've tried to turn off the Arlo then plug in the ethernet cable, same result. When I remove the ethernet cable, it works just fine. What is it and how do I fix?
