&lt;P&gt;It sounds like this could be another device nearby causing an issue. Try relocating the camera (temporarily) to see if you get the same behavior in another location.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>I purchased the Pro with 3 cameras 2 weeks ago. anytime I do a live look, I get earpiecing high pitched feedback on each camera until I turn off the sound. Tech support says just turn off sound! I want to use the sound. Thats part of why I chose them. Doesn't seem right. Should I just return them and get a replacement?</description>

      <description>It's feedback. Lower you volume on you phone/device and or the two device and camera are to close to each other. Both are listening so the ambient noise they both detect is looping through both devices</description>
