    <description>&lt;P&gt;If you're sure that your connections are good, you'll likely need to open a case with support for bad hardware. &amp;nbsp;Could be the power supply, cable and/or camera is at fault.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You can try a different cable to see if that helps. &amp;nbsp;Also, a phone charger that supports Qualcomm Quick Charge (5v and 9v) should work if you happen to have access to one. &amp;nbsp;Have you removed and reinserted the batteries?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Arlo Pro recharging</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have recharged a couple of my cameras before without a problem but now I get the same message on each camera I try to recharge which is that I am not using the Arlo Pro charging unit - trouble is that I am - is there anything I can do?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
