Pro Charger Model Number/Color

Amongst all of my chargers I am not sure which one is for my Arlo Pro. My best guess is the white Netgear AC Adapter, P/N:332-10893-01, Model AD2085320 with an output of 5V @1.8A or 9V @ 1.1A.

When attempting to use this adapter with the battery in the camera, I get no indication that the battery is charging, just the actual charge % of the battery in the settings. I have left it on the charger for an hour with no change in the charge %.

Can anyone tell me if this is the correct charger and if there should be an indication that the battery is charging or not?

The charger for you Pro is correct... it puts out 5v to run the camera but also 9v to charge the battery pack when needed.

( you can just run the camera without the battery pack if wanted )

Usu when you plug in the charger, you may see a blue led flash quickly...later the led goes blue when charged if the led toggle is turned on in settings.

The easiest wat when plugged in is to check the setting... it should show a charging indicator/ and or the % of battery going up.

If it fails to do so. Pull the battery pack and then replace and see if it makes any difference.

I just charged one of my Pros and had an issue with the percentage updating. I tried both the Android app and a browser and refreshed with no luck. I then unplugged the camera and plugged it back in and the display updated. No idea why I had to do this.
