I am having problems charging my arlo pro. How do I get a replacement. Seems they are not selling it right now. Also see there are a lot of people with this same problem right now.

Replacement is either by swapping at the store or by using the Contact Support link at the bottom here to open a case.

What issue are you experiencing that indicates there is a problem? Are you using the charging cable/adapter that was supplied with your kit to charge the battery?
