    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have T-Mobile and it works with data or wi-fi. I do have intermittent issues with the mic loading past the connecting screen about half of the time when on data though. It seems to me the system wants a very strong, stable connection. It's often running with such latency that if I decide to talk to someone that's at my front door, they already have walked away before I have the opportunity to connect and speak to them.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Side note: I use a Note 4...not an iPhone.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Cannot talk through push-talk feature when I'm not connected to WIFI. I have iphone&amp;nbsp;6 ios 10.3.1 t mobile carrier. The microphone works when It's connected via wifi, however, when I turn off wifi and use LTE data, the screen says "connecting...." and never connects. I've tried this literally sitting at home turning wifi on/off. Arlo support team is blaming tmobile&amp;nbsp;for the fault. Please help.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Well if it works with wifi, it's prob not the Arlo system...&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I have seen some phones &lt;STRONG&gt;ONLY&lt;/STRONG&gt; work by using an ear bud setup ( with mic ) so if you have one I would try that... also you can try SPEAKER phone option.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Another thing you can test is turning off the 'privacy speaking' option in your phone.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Try these and lets us know if any work for you&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;earbud or speaker option does not work. How do you turn off privacy speaking?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I can see that this is a common problem. I see many forum that addresses this same issue.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've tried my friends iphone7 with 10.3.1 ios AT&amp;amp;T carrier and it works for him. I'm not sure what is going on...&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Privacy option is found somewhere in the phone settings...sorry can tell you exactly ( it's in in the android too )&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;It has something to do with mic levels ...&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;found one of them;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;iPhone uses ambient noise cancelation to reduce background noise.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG class="Term"&gt;Turn noise cancelation on or off. &lt;/STRONG&gt;Go to Settings&amp;nbsp;&amp;gt; General&amp;nbsp;&amp;gt; Accessibility&amp;nbsp;&amp;gt; Phone Noise Cancelation.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you can't get it to work, I'd try and put in a trouble report again back to netgear ... if it is a phone/sw/ lte issue they can't fix it if unknown.&lt;/P&gt;
