Arlo pro base station keep going offline

The base keeps going offline every two or three minutes and comes back on within a minute, the cameras goes offline at the same time.

Any suggestion?

Power cycle the base. Open a case with support using the Contact Support link at the bottom here.

What do the base LEDs show when this happens? It sounds like a hardware problem so opening a case would be needed.
