Arlo Pro recording video when system is unarmed

I have been getting video recordings when motion is detected but the system is supposed to be unarmed during those timeframes. I didn't change any settings. What could be the issue?

What is active, a mode or the schedule? A power cycle of the base might be useful, too.

I believe that the system is armed between a certain period of time to detect motion.

I guess that is a schedule.

You need to check to verify if the Armed mode or the schedule is active. Mode tab, click on your base, what is selected? The schedule is something YOU set, not something that is automatically set for you.

Yes..I have had a schedule created to record motion during a certain time and turn off recording at a certain time. That schedule has been set for months and has worked fine except lately it has been recording all motion even during the non armed schedule time. I have not changed any settings. I did cycle the power on the base station last night so I will see what I get now.
