    <description>Your firmware is old and is likely the reason they're offline. You'll need someone to be present to fix, probably by removing the cameras from Settings, My Devices and then resync them.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;HW version &amp;nbsp;H8, &amp;nbsp;1.085.0.0_8669 Firmware&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Is there a way to reconnect an Arlo Pro wirefree camera remotely? &amp;nbsp;Two of mine say they are offline. &amp;nbsp;I just set them up a few days ago and i live too far away to go a physically reset them.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You could try and reboot the base remotely ( SETTINGS&amp;gt;ARLOBASE&amp;gt;RESTART )&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;it may pick the cameras back up.... if it doesn't then the cameras will require physical interaction&lt;/P&gt;</description>
