HELP!! Other than turning off my cameras, how do I stop the cameras from sending CONSTANT emails and live feeds to my phone and email?

Very EZ, open the app then tap "Mode" tap the pencil where it says 'Armed to open each camera listed tap the pencil to open the camera scroll down to the bottom and uncheck "Email alerts" dont forget to hit the "save" button to save your rule, now do that for each camera.

Go into your recording mode (probably ARMED) and edit the rules for the cameras. Next to "Motion is detected" is a > sign or a pencil. Click that and adjust the sensitivity slider for the motion detection. Go back. Down the button there are 2 fields to send push notifications to your phone and to send emails. Turn one or both off. Obviously this does what it says it does and stops sending notifications on movement detection.
Don't forget to click SAVE

Now's probably a good time to familiarise yourself with the manual and FAQ's and the app/browser interface so you know how everything works
