    <description>&lt;P&gt;I recently purchased a 4-camera kit from bestbuy.. &amp;nbsp;1 of the cameras exhibited the exact same problem described here. &amp;nbsp; Its as if it was not picking up the IR lights or something.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Was very close to returning the camera until I noticed that its FW version was not updated like the rest of the cameras. &amp;nbsp;For whatever reason it was not getting notified of a FW update, until I deactivated/removed the camera, and re-added it to the system. &amp;nbsp; Now with the latest FW as of this date (1.092.0.1_11504) its working marvelously!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Arlo Pro.&lt;BR /&gt;I just got 3 cams. One IR lights come on but doesnt illuminate anything..i do see a white spot on a leaf but thats it.. My front door one.. Illuminates up to 30 feet..&lt;BR /&gt;My other problem. Different cam. Batt drain after 15 min then offline.. WTF.. At first All Great reviews about Arlo.. And then this.. Looks like im not the Only unhappy customer..</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;SOunds like possibly some bad cameras. IR illumination is short range and how it shows up depends on the surroundings and other lighjts in the area. &amp;nbsp;However, if the camera has a night vision issue, all bets are off. &amp;nbsp;Swap the cameras to see if the issue stays with the camera.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Battery life can be either an issue with the camera or the battery. &amp;nbsp;You can swap batteries between cameras but the end result is the same. &amp;nbsp;You'll either need to open a case with support or swap the system at the store.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>I tried.. I only have one the works great..i charged one.. It was 97% all day until nightfall the boom.. Off line..the other no Nightvision.. I even put it next to my motionlights.. And still nothing..</description>

      <description>Offline can be WiFi connection to the base but just at night doesn't make sense. The quick thing to do is to swap the system at the store. Otherwise open a case with support.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Contact Amazon and ask for a replacement due to defect. &amp;nbsp;Typically they ship out immediately and give you some time to return your product so you can use the new box for the old camera/system. &amp;nbsp;Or just pack it in your own proper container to return - the box really isn't necessary.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>So i got tired of all the..Try to open the doors and remove the battery. Reset.. Switch cameras. Etc. So i contacted Amazon.. They in NoWay will ship a New system and give me time to return.. I returned and waiting for a New system. If it happens again. I will just return and get a hard wire system.. So now im Really in the Black.. No security.. No nothing. Hopefully crooks dont return..</description>
