Hi,

Have a question regarding the battery life for Arlo Pro.

I know there are specs for normal use etc but i have mine set to high quaily picture and records about 5 mins a day. The battery only seems to last for about a month before needing to charge it. Condering the battery is meant to last for 6 months (On normal settings) this seems to be running down fairly quickly.

Can anyone confirm if they're having the same issue? Unsure if this is a faulty battery or if the settings i have this currenlty set on are causing the quick drain.

Thanks

My Pro is running about 3 months on high quality video and at 3-4 mins a day.

Recording AND live viewing take the same amount of power and usu low life is based on usage.... but there is also the connection to the base that matters. If you have a weak signal or interference to the base the battery will drain slightly faster.

If you have more than one Pro, you could switch the packs and see if the short life follows the battery.
