Go to MODE, use ARMED to put the cameras in motion detect mode

Go to live screen, check top of cameras for the Running Man... if the camera is ARMED for motion detect, running man should be BLACK, if gray the camera is disarmed and will not detect motion

Helllo

I bought 2 Arlo Pro cameras and one of them works fine, it detects motion, but the second one does not. The motion detection test does not cause the orange leds to blink, however I can connect to the camera, I can see live view or use sound detection - only motion detection is faulty. I tried removing batteries, resetting camera, the base station and it simply does not work.

Is there anything else I could try? I bought it while I was in US so I am unable to easily return the product.

Thanks

Karol

I tried that and didn't help. The running man is black, the same as on the second camera which works fine.
