Yes it can.

You can register the bases at the two locations under the same account (email address).

Both bases with their associated cameras will show up in the app.

Up to 5 cameras in total per account for the free 7 day cloud recording regardless of location.

Awesome. Can they also each have the unlimited cloud storage? Would each base need to be paid for the unlimited fee?

The free storage is based on number of cameras per account not bases.

As long as you have 5 or less per account it's free 7 day. More than 5 per account or if you need more than 7 days then you need to buy one of the plans.
