Granting access

I was granted access to cameras. The cameras were returned to get ones with audio. Those are installed and working, however I cannot access these cameras. The owner tried granting me access again, but error message says that my email address is already being used. How do I access the new cameras?

If he takes away your access completely , it should free up the email to re grant new access

Umbrella,

The primary account holder can toggle on the new cameras under your email address within Grant Access settings. The new cameras can be selected and you should then see them as shared devices.
