Set up 5-camera Arlo pro this weekend. Initially, seemed to work fine. Now, no motion detecting and nothing recording (though I can view live on 4 of 5 cameras) One camera also continues to say camera positioning and motion detecting test are busy (and have been for about an hour) Hoping someone can help. I'm very frustrated

Take the camera, remove battery, go to settings and use REMOVE DEVICE on that camera

Put battery back in and bring the camera back as new by re-sync

As for the no detection/recording, make sure the running men for each camera in the Devices tab are black, not gray. If gray, check your selected mode in the Mode tab after selecting your base. If it appears ok, power cycle the base. Finally, check your firmware versions against what's listed in the Firmware Release Notes section here.
