Screening may block some of the IR needed to detect motion ... so a trial and error woud def be needed to get a good response ( location and sense level )

As to cam A tiggering cam B , yes, that is very do-able.

Create a Custom mode ( add a mode ) and Set cam A to record but use cam B to sense.

To take a step more you can,

cam A sense, cam A record

cam A sense, cam B record

** with a custom mode, after adding first rule/camera, you SAVE, to add the second rule/camera, go back and EDIT that mode for the second rule/camera

Do any of you have issues with motion not being able to be picked up outside a screened in porch?

I'd rather not move the camera. It covers everything perfectly, but we only got the camera because someone in our community was stealing ac units, so I put a camera up coverIng that area, but it doesn't look like motion is being detected since its through a screen.

I thought of a work around...but don't know if I can do it...can you rig the system of cameras up so that if one camera detects motion, they all start recording?
