I recently packed up and sold by 5 camera Arlo Pro 3 system and moved to EufyCam. Arlo's performance continues to get worse and support is almost non-existent. Arlo seems to be pumping out the hardware, but new software features are limited and issues are not be fixed. Partner integrations are also not great, with Arlo not wanting to adopt decent HomeKit Support. Do you plan to address this? There seems to people flocking away from Arlo because of these issues

We’re sorry to hear that Arlo did not meet your needs. We’re working to bring HomeKit integration to all of our cameras and most recently, we completed this integration with the Essential Series: Arlo Essential series cameras now work with Apple HomeKit, Google and Alexa Smart integrations

There is an ongoing effort to continue updating and improving Arlo to be the best system it can be from a support and product perspective. We hope to regain your business in the future.
