Hi I’m having trouble trying to view my cameras on google home app it says my cameras are offline but when using arlo app there active?

Have you tried re-pairing your Arlo account to Google Assistant to see if that helped?

Hello!

can anyone help me?

I have installed my cameras and successfully connected my arlo to google, all cameras is showing on my google home application i n my iPhone but when i try to open the cameras to look at them live i get the network failure message saying the camera is not connected to my wi-fi.

anyone got the same problem our do anyone have a solution to this problem?

Can the iPhone get into the Arlo account?

Is it just the "live" bit that doesn't work?

The arlo app is working it's just the google home assistent app that's not working
