No sound when streaming to Alexa

i cant get sound on my Alexa show I can get video, I have reinstalled the skill already. (Arlo Uk)

Please advise, this is dangerous as I had assumed it was working and did not hear my child in distress.

I have the firestick and cant hear audio, I did have the show but dont think i had audio on that also.

If you already tried reinstalling the Arlo Alexa skill but you're unable to hear any audio, contact the Support Team to further investigate this issue. You will find several options for contacting support in the provided link.

I guess from the response to call support we should have audio? I never did but not a big deal for me. Cant remember if i had it on my show, I sold it.
