Google home says camera is offline

Hi just bought a kit with smarthub vmb5000r4 and a couple of H6 cameras. Says it’s compatible with google home but after 2 days, I still can’t stream video or connect to the camera in google home. It shows up but act as it’s offline.
I now read that it is known issues between google home and the Arlo system I just bought. One question .. is it solved yet or should I dismount my system and bring it back to the shop?

Hi, I have the same issue.
Able to view on Arlo app on LTE / 4G and able to view instantly on Home Kit when only on same wifi only but Google Home on iOS doesn’t load and says Offline.

Just tried it here on a Nest hub with no problems.
