    <description>&lt;P&gt;I was excited to read on 6-25-19 that Moderator JessicaP had informed the community that Google Integration was now working with the VMC3030/Arlo Wire-Free Camera.&amp;nbsp; I have 2 VMC3030's and the&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;VMB3010r2 Base Station - all devices up to date according to firmware (1.12.2.4_2772 for VMB3010r2 and&amp;nbsp;1.3.319 for both VMC3030s).&amp;nbsp; I've literally tried every troubleshooting tip trying to get the cameras to stream via the Google Home app and/or via my Chromecasts and Home Hubs including:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;UL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Unlinking and Re-Linking the device - after unlinking the device in the Home app I rebooted all devices and re-linked them via the Home app.&amp;nbsp; My account links perfectly fine and the cameras appear under my devices and allow me to select them but it's always just a black screen that says 'Connecting' and after a while will say 'Not Responding'.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Checking firmware which as mentioned above is up to date for all devices.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/UL&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;The cameras stream perfectly fine via My Arlo or the app via Android and iOS.&amp;nbsp; I've been patiently waiting for this feature for so long as I would like to stay within the Arlo ecosystem and add other devices!&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Also, can anyone tell me if there are any advantages of upgrading my base station?&amp;nbsp; If I purchased a newer base station &amp;amp; camera package can I still use my VMC3030s with the new base station?&amp;nbsp; Thanks in advance for any help and/or responses as I'm pulling my hear out trying to get this working!&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm trying to link my Google Home Assistant devices (Chromecast and Google Home Hub) to my 3 Arlo cameras.       <description>&lt;P&gt;I have not been able to link my Arlo pro 2 cameras to my Google Home app (either via the goolge home or google assistant app) since purchasing about a month ago. I have tried linking via IOS, android, through tablets and uninstalling, clearing caches, you name it.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The linking goes though the motions of connecting.&amp;nbsp; I put in my Arlo details and then a white screen comes up and states that the accounts are linked, however it then tells me there is an error and the device is not in my google home screen.&amp;nbsp; Google support are not able to help it appears. I have attached the log below.&amp;nbsp; Is anyone ablento see where the issue may be?&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>Damnit yes I’m getting this same problem.  So mine is weird, I originally set it up with 3 cameras.  Those 3 cameras work every time.  I added 3 cameras to my Arlo and those 3 cameras NEVER load.  I thought it might be a problem with permissions or something but I can’t figure it out...</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I linked my Arlo account with Google Home Successfully yesterday. However, I unlinked them that same day. Today, I went to link them back and I am having the same issues as you are. I press "add device" on the home app, then press "Arlo" and log in fine. I press the link button and I get the mwssage " linked successfully". However, when I press the blue "done" button on the top left corner, I get the Google rainbow wheel of death for about 30 seconds, followed by the notorious "something went wrong" message. The linking never actually happens.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>I’m also having the same issue.  Had a heck of a time getting my arlo account to link with google home. Tonight.  I had to try like 50 times.  I’m thinking maybe arlo server problems. All other account link up fine.  Just issues with arlo.</description>

      <description>We were able to fix. Found out our problem was I was trying to connect with the secondary account details.. &lt;BR /&gt;Once I logged in with the primary log in it connected fine.</description>
