Arlo baby not working with Alexa or arlo skill

Arlobaby is not recognized by Alexa. Arlobaby not showing up on arlo skill. Bought ax12 router and Arlobaby. To find out netgear does not support their false claim that the device is Alexa compatible.

Hey @Sethdye01,

If you're having problems where your Arlo Baby is not showing on your Amazon Alexa, try to disable the skill and re-enable the skill to see if that helps. You can read here on how to use your Amazon devices with your Arlo Baby: How can I use Amazon devices with my Arlo cameras?.

1st thing I done after power cycle device and router. Both are netgear.
