You will have to contact Arlo Support directly ( or who you paid $ to )

I have an existing 5 camera vuezone system which was inactive during the changeover to arlo. (missed the notification) I tried to reactivate my vuezone system and paid for the premier service plan. The system was working for two days and then reverted back to basic with 2 cameras. Since then I have been bounced between arlo and netgear with no success.
