&lt;P&gt;Firstly, are you using the Smartthings Classic app or the newer one. I only use the Classic app. In the Marketplace there should be a Arlo Connect Smart app. Have you tried this? Or you can go to the Cameras section of the Marketplace and add them there.&lt;/P&gt;
