Where can I give feedback to the company? There should be a link for contacting them.</P> <P>2. The "save" button on the form for changing the credit card information is in a terrible location. It's off the screen for me, so I had to assume it was auto-save. I click away and back to see if it took to find out it didn't. Not good.</P> <P>3. While I'm at it, I had to log in twice. Once when going to my.arlo, and again when going to these forums.</P> <P>4. Why am I being asked all these random irrelevant questions, just to post on this forum? You want me to add a label? Something called a location, but it lists products, none of which are what I'm talknig about? WTF?
