Ask a question link always makes questions in the partner integrations community

I think its a bug that if you click on "ask a question" in the main search area, it automatically forces you to make a question in the parter integration community. There you are restricted to only use IFTT, smartthings and apple tv. Now you can't even move your question so there's a high chance it won't be addressed. Can someone look into this?
