I have an Arlo Base Station (MB5000r4) that needs a token reset as it appears to stall when I go to the HomeKit section of the device info in the app.

Hi,

I have Arlo Base VMB4540 with 4 cameras and I would like to integrate them with Apple Homekit. Although the instructions from Alro web site saying the setup code isn't required, I are not able to find a way to complete the process. My device can be discovered, I can select Home and Room for it, and then it asks me to enter setup code. Please help me to get this done.

I've sent a token reset request to your base station that should resolve the issue. Please reboot your base station (remove and reapply power) allow the base station to come back online and try setting up HomeKit again using these instructions:

I have rebooted the base station and followed the instructions, after selecting room it asked me to locate the QR code of the base station however I don't have this code. Please advise me how to proceed further.
