Hi everyone!

I’ve been using both Arlo and Homey for many years, and I know there used to be an Arlo app for Homey that unfortunately stopped working some time ago.

Since I’ve seen quite a few people asking for Arlo support again, I decided to build a new integration from scratch: Arlo Connect.

What started as a small vacation project turned into quite a few days of development, testing, debugging Arlo sessions, MFA, different camera models and Homey integration. 😄 But I’m very happy to finally have something working that I can share with the community.

Arlo Connect is now available for Homey Pro and already supports Arlo cameras, base stations, battery information, motion events, siren control and Arlo modes, with more functionality planned.

You can read more about it here:
https://homey.creson.com/arlo-connect/

If you try it, I’d really appreciate feedback — especially if you have Arlo models that I haven’t been able to test myself. User feedback has already helped me improve compatibility with additional camera generations.

I hope some of you find it useful. 🙂

Best regards,
Mikael
