Hi, I need a HomeKit token reset for my VMB4540 please so I can connect it to Home Assistant via HomeKit Controller. Happy to provide serial via private message if needed.

I've sent a token reset request to your base station that should resolve the issue. Please reboot your base station (remove and reapply power) allow the base station to come back online and try setting up HomeKit again using these instructions:

Hi BrookeN, thank you for the reset. I should mention I’m trying to connect to Home Assistant rather than Apple HomeKit, so the pairing code never appeared in the Arlo app. Would it be possible to have one more token reset please? I have a clearer plan this time and will go straight to Home Assistant the moment the hub comes back online. Thank you!

The token reset is for the Apple Homekit specifically. And you would follow the instructions to set up without a code.

Thank you BrookeN. I’m afraid I made a mess of the setup and lost the pairing window. Would you be able to do one more token reset please? I’ll be much quicker this time!

Brooke thank you, it just took a vey long time to find the base, I guess because if the number of arlo devices I have.
