It is a sad story.&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;Arlo case #45563986 was initiated on 12 Apr 2026&amp;nbsp; to request a token reset for my SmartHub VMB4540, as it could not be discovered by Apple HomeKit. The SmartHub was then manually removed from my account as per the post (&lt;A href="https://community.arlo.com/t5/Partner-Integrations/Need-Homekit-Token-Reset/td-p/2477295)," target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://community.arlo.com/t5/Partner-Integrations/Need-Homekit-Token-Reset/td-p/2477295),&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;however, the SmartHub could not be re-added to my account after factory reset.
