Cameras show as offline in Google Home

I found this post and its very similar behavior to what I have.
I have noticed that for the last few months my Cameras show as offline in Google home, I have just spent far to long relinking my account due to HTTP 400 error.
Anyway, MY Arlo app is the latest version, all my Cameras are up to date Firmware wise, and the Google Home app is the latest, my Arlo account is part of the Verisure Package if that helps.

Thanks for the feedback. Can you provide all the trouble shooting steps you have tried so far So I can better assist?

Theres not many steps available to users other then unlinking Arlo and Google Home and then reconnecting it. Which I did.
I had to remove the My Arlo App to make this work otherwise you get a HTTP 400 Error.

Yes and no.

They no longer show as offline, however I am unable to get them to load when I select them, it will sit indefinitely trying to load through video feed

Cannot link ARLO to Google Home

When I was trying to add ARLO as a linked app/service to Google Home, ARLO failed and returned "HTTP 400"

How to reproduce:

Open Google Home app (my case was Android version running on Pixel 6a)
"Home" >>"+" >> "Works with Google">> search for and select ARLO >> "continue" to message "link an account to control Arlo on any device" >> "Agree and continue" >> "Agree and Link"
"HTTP 400" bubble message will appear for some 1 second

hi @morpheus2n2 , I removed the ARLO (android) app, reinstalled in but then was still unable to get the ARLO account linked to Google Home (as report here, I keep seeing the HTTP 400 pop up message).

Was your case with android or iPhone? What version of ARLO app was it for you?

I have a similar problem. 
My cameras do not go offline. 
But if I click on a camera image (Google Home app) 
that should then show the camera image in large format, 
it often becomes "hourglass".
Usually on the cameras that are at my second home.
My second home is connected with a SIM router G4. My home broadband high speed.

sounds like your Google Home can't control ARLO anyhow.

Have you tried unlinking ARLO from within Google Home, then re-linking ARLO back to Google Home?

Un-linking and Re-linking Arlo from Google Home gave me "HTTP 400" error.
I uninstalled Arlo app and reinstalled it. (All settings remained) Now linking to Arlo ok.
But my problem with "show the camera image in large format" remained.

hi @ShayneS , I think I have temporarily resolved the "HTTP 400" issue.

I logged out ARLO app, and then uninstall it.

Now, here's my "trick" --- while the app has not been installed yet, I tried linking up ARLO to Google Home. Same steps as described earlier, but then when it comes to ARLO authentication, the screens are a little bit different. I was first asked to enter my ARLO ID (ie my email address), which I did. And then to my amaze, authentication proceeded! See screenshot below:

(I notice a difference. it's oauth.arlo.com at the top, this time)

And then I proceeded further and was able to link up ARLO to Google Home --- while still without the app installed.

Apparently something was still wrong there, related to the app. Please help to speak to dev team to fix this, since if the app is with the phone, the linking still fails.

Let me know if you know more info.

This should be resolved with the latest version of the Arlo app 6.6.8 and (6.6.9, which is in a slow rollout phase, currently at 50%).
